John Graham is the treasurer of the Lighthouse Energy Institute board of directors. He is a professor and former dean of the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs. John is a former presidentially appointed administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs under President George W. Bush. He founded the Harvard Center for Risk Analysis and is past president of the Society for Risk Analysis. He is an elected member of the National Academy of Public Administration and serves on the board of the R Street Institute.
